2. Information on this site
Content on this site is general information about our products and services. It is not professional advice for your situation. Our books are stories for children and are not therapy or professional advice.
3. Previews and examples
The name previews, sample pages and illustrations on this site show what a book will look like. Illustrations are working drafts ahead of final art, and prices marked as planned may change before launch. A personalised book is printed from the proof you approve, not from the on-screen preview.
4. Using the site
You may use the site for your own lawful purposes. You must not copy, scrape or resell its content or tools, try to disrupt the site, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the stories, characters, illustrations, text, names, logos and designs, belong to Wynne Consulting Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, including our sister brands, those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 7, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, general information or tools on this site. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the goods or services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
9. Buying from us
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST as shown. Checkout opens at launch, and the terms that apply to your order will be shown again before you pay.
Personalised and made-to-order books. Named Editions and Heirloom commissions are made for your child, so we can't accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind once you have approved the proof. Digital editions are the same once delivered. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a book or digital edition is faulty, isn't as described, or doesn't match your approved proof, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides, and we will reprint a book that doesn't match your proof.
Digital editions and printable cards are licensed for use in your own household, or within your own school, practice or club for group packs. You may not resell or redistribute them.
Printed books are shipped to the address you give. Delivery times shown are estimates.
10. Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State.
